All payments will be by Paypal.
Your Order Confirmation is a record of our agreement to deliver the products ordered and paid for in full.
In the event of Old Parr's Bookshop needing to issue a refund we will endeavour to credit your Paypal account within 7-10 working days.
Although rare, it is possible that an item shipped via either our Standard (Royal Mail) or our Expedited shipping method could get lost in transit.
If an item is not received within thirty (30) days after the shipment date, please notify myself at email@example.com. Claims for lost orders must be submitted to myself no later than ninety (90) days from the date your item was shipped.
If in the unlikely event that I need to Cancel a customers order a full refund will be made to their Paypal account and I shall endeavour to source the publication and notify the customer that it is available.
This sort of cancellation may be neccesary due to a mistake with the Inventory of a fault with the Web site or it's provider.
The condition of the books and pamphlets will be described by myself as accurately as I am able. If you wish further details or pictures please contact me and I will try to help you in any way that I can as quickly as possible.
Returns & Refunds
Your order is shipped directly from myself based in the United Kingdom. I guarantee the condition of every publication as it is described on the website. You are eligible for a refund within 30 days if dissatisfied due to the publication not being as initially described on the Website or if your book fails to arrive.
To be eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, please be sure to initiate your return/refund through contacting firstname.lastname@example.org immediately after receiving the order and ship it directly to myself at the contact address in the same condition you received it in.
If you are not satisfied that your item is as described, please visit our Returns Policy for important instructions. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AGREE THAT A REFUND WILL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FROM OLD PARR'S BOOKSHOP FOR ANY ITEM ORDERED THROUGH THE SERVICE YOU RECEIVE THAT IS NOT AS DESCRIBED ON THE SITE, AS PROVIDED IN OUR RETURNS POLICY, AND YOU WAIVE ALL OTHER REMEDIES OR ACTIONS IN SUCH EVENT. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action in connection with any suspected fraud or other misuse or abuse of our Returns Policy. Further, nothing in the foregoing is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies you may have directly with the manufacturer or seller of an item you order through the Service.
